At Field Manual Press, we want you to feel confident in your purchase of Apex Predator. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The book must be unused and in the same condition you received it (no writing, water damage, or excessive wear)
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
How to Start a Return
Email [vverityyy@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items.
International Returns
Because Apex Predator ships internationally, return shipping times and costs vary by destination. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the best path for your location.
